Przychodnia NZOZ „DIAGMED” Sp. J. została założona w grudniu 2005 jako „Lekarska Przychodnia Specjalistyczna „DIAGMED”. Od marca 2008 r. przekształciła się: w Niepubliczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej „DIAGMED” Jacek Bajorek, Norbet Kopeć Sp. J. Wykonujemy szeroki zakres badań diagnostycznych i porad lekarskich w wielu specjalnościach medycznych.
Aparatura diagnostyczna w naszej przychodni została zakupiona ze środków pochodzących w większości z ZPORR w ramach programu 3.4 Mikroprzedsiębiorstwa w grudniu 2005.
W przychodni specjalistycznej NZOZ „DIAGMED” Sp. J. zlokalizowanej przy ul. Sucharskiego 5 w Dąbrowie Tarnowskiej realizujemy zadania z zakresu ochrony zdrowia szczególnie osób dorosłych. Każdego dnia dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby osoby znajdujące się pod opieką NZOZ „DIAGMED” Sp. J. były zadowolone ze świadczonych przez nas usług, czuły się bezpiecznie i wiedziały, że mogą liczyć na pomoc i poradę doświadczonych specjalistów.
Głównym celem działalności NZOZ „DIAGMED” Sp. J. jest opieka medyczna na najwyższym poziomie, stworzenie więzi rodzinnej pomiędzy pacjentami a lekarzem, który jak członek rodziny najlepiej zna jej problemy i potrafi najskuteczniejszej im zaradzić. Pomagać chcemy najlepiej i najskuteczniejszej wykorzystując najnowsze dostępne nam osiągnięcia medycyny, także dla najmłodszych. Dlatego też, w 2014 r. otworzyliśmy placówkę medycyny rodzinnej zlokalizowaną przy ul. Szpitalnej 2 w Dąbrowie Tarnowskiej.

w ramach kontraktu z NARODOWYM FUNDUSZEM ZDROWIA
ZAPRASZAMY DO KORZYSTANIA Z NASZYCH USŁUG
9 lutego br. miało miejsce uroczyste otwarcie Lekarskiej Przychodni Specjalistycznej DIAGMED przy ul. Sucharskiego. Właścicielem tej Przychodni jest Spółka J. Bajorek i N. Kopeć. Pomysł jej utworzenia zrodził się w 2005 roku gdy dr Jacek Bajorek czynił starania o pozyskanie funduszy unijnych na unowocześnienie wyposażenia i sprzętu medycznego. Starania o fundusze zakończyły się sukcesem.
Z funduszy unijnych i budżetu Państwa zakupiono nowoczesny sprzęt medyczny, ale wtedy okazało się, że dotychczasowy gabinet w Rynku jest o małej powierzchni. Wtedy to zapadła decyzja o budowie własnego pawilonu usług medycznych.
Projekt opracowała Pani Agnieszka Jaderny – Gawron z Tarnowa i pod koniec listopada 2006 roku rozpoczęły się prace budowlane na działce przy ul. Sucharskiego. Budowa trwała 11 miesięcy i było to tempo rekordowe. Kierownikiem budowy był Pan Władysław Kowalik. Już w styczniu 2008 r. podjęły pracę niektóre gabinety lekarskie. Obecnie obiekt w pełni jest zagospodarowany.
Właściciele zaprosili na uroczyste otwarcie Ks. Proboszcza Józefa Porembę, Burmistrza Pana Stanisława Początka i Starostę Pana Wiesława Krajewskiego. Na uroczystość przybyło liczne grono osób wspierających inwestorów i przyjaciół. Zebranych powitał Pan Jacek Bajorek a z historią budowy i dalszymi planami podzielił się Pan Norbert Kopeć. Następnie dokonano uroczystego przecięcia wstęgi.
Goście zabierając głos mówili o potrzebie zapewnienia europejskiego poziomu uług medycznych i poprawie dostępu mieszkańców do takich usług. Burmistrz podkreślił, że na przestrzeni kilku ostatnich lat, jesteśmy świadkami dynamicznego rozwoju tej części miasta. Poinformował, że aktualnie dla obszaru zamkniętego ulicami; Grunwaldzką, Ogrodową, Warszawską i H. Sucharskiego – Gmina zleciła opracowanie nowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Po jego opracowaniu w połowie przyszłego roku powstaną korzystne warunki do inwestowania na tym terenie.
Pomieszczenia nowej Przychodni poświęcił Ks. Prałat Józef Poremba. Wszyscy obecni mogli zwiedzać obiekt. Właściciele chętnie opowiadali o zakresie świadczonych usług i planach perspektywicznych.
Aktualnie działają; pracownia USG, pracownia endoskopii, gabinet urologiczny, gabinet ginekologiczny, gabinet kardiologiczny, gabinet endokrynologiczny, gabinet ortopedyczny, gabinet nefrologiczny, gabinet chirurgiczno – onkologiczny, gabinet stomatologiczny, gabinet logopedyczny, gabinet badania kierowców. Otwarto również gabinety; dermatologiczny, neurologiczny, pediatryczny, neurochirurgiczny, pulmonologiczny i torakochirurgiczny.
